J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee role. The position runs across all 48 states with a structured mentor program to transition you into a solo career.

During orientation in Springdale, AR, you'll receive a $100 food stipend, paid training at $75/day, and eventually upgrade to solo status after completing the program in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Class A CDL.
• CDL obtained within the past 12 months.
• Must live within 90 miles of Secaucus, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 states.
• Participate in mentor-led training and graduate to solo status.
