10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Trainees earn mentor-led training pay, then per-mile pay of $0.55-$0.69 after training. Your schedule is over the road with two-week runs and no overnight home time guaranteed.

Mentor rides with you as you learn the job; loads are no-touch and must stay sealed for the customer to handle. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• No professional driving experience needed.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean Driving Records and DOT pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on OTR lanes.
• Work with a mentor who accompanies you during learning.
• Unloading is not your job; loads stay sealed for the customer.
• Follow schedules; long stretches away from home.
