Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van freight. Trainees receive paid mentor training, then earn per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 after training, with weekly training pay of $650–$850. The job is no-touch, no unloading, and involves 2-week home-time between runs.

Drivers are paired with a mentor and travel OTR with sealed loads. Recent CDL-school graduates are welcome, with no prior professional driving experience needed.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome, no professional driving experience required.
• ELDT completed through FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record and DOT pre-employment drug test compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight on OTR routes.
• Learn under a mentor during training and ride along.
• Unloading is not required; loads stay sealed for customer handling.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
