10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Paid training with a mentor, then per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 after training. The mentor rides with you while you learn the job, and loads are no-touch so you won't unload.

OTR lanes keep you out 2 weeks at a time, with home time between runs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO, and the company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome with no professional driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and ELDT completed.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor rides with you during training.
• OTR miles with no-touch dry van loads; unloading not required.
• Loads stay sealed for customer handling.
