Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. You’ll start with paid mentor training, then earn per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 and ride with a mentor as you learn.

The job keeps you out 2 weeks at a time with no nights at home, and loads are no-touch dry van. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. Recent CDL grads are welcome; ELDT requirements are met through FMCSA-approved providers.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcomed with no driving experience required.
• ELDT completed through FMCSA-approved provider.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• OTR dry van driving with no-touch freight.
• Mentor rides along during training.
• Load security and compliance with safety rules; two weeks away from home.
