Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring new CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight with a structured mentor program. Trainees earn weekly mentor pay during training, then switch to per-mile pay after completion, with loads that never require unloading.

New graduates with no prior driving experience are welcomed, provided you have a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, and complete ELDT through an FMCSA training provider. The role offers medicall/dental/vision benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or eligible for immediate CDL-A hire.
• No professional driving experience required; recent CDL-school grads welcome.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on OTR routes.
• Mentor rides with you during training and learning phase.
• Keep loads sealed for customer handling; no unloading duties.
