• Conducts performance reviews for direct reports and provides input for indirect reports to improve quality.
• Ensures safe clinic operations and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe workplace.
• Develops and analyzes patient care quality based on evidence-based practices and institutes procedural changes.
• Promotes patient experience to improve care principles and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees financial performance toward budgets and targets.
