Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst to drive support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications at our Cleveland HQ. You will guide configuration, data loading, and governance to ensure accurate data and reliable performance across systems.

You will mentor the team, build strategic reports, and collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to optimize application development and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or 9+ years of enterprise-wide software support in lieu of degree.
• Experience with enterprise-wide software support and software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle enterprise-wide applications and SaaS environments.
• Ability to develop and review complex custom queries and reporting.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS and enterprise-wide application support for data collection and usage.
• Guide configuration, setup and updates; ensure data accuracy in databases.
• Develop reports and provide strategic insights for management decisions.
• Mentor staff and train users; manage user access and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure integration.
