Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland seeks an Oracle HCM Lead Technical Analyst to oversee SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and governance. You will lead cross-functional teams, build complex queries and reports, mentor users, and drive strategic recommendations for system improvements.

The role is based at our Cleveland headquarters, requires 5% travel, and does not offer sponsorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or 9 years of Enterprise-wide software support experience.
6+ years of enterprise-wide software support experience with knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience managing SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
Experience configuring and setting up enterprise-wide applications.
Experience developing and reviewing complex custom queries and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, guiding configuration and design considerations.
Ensure data quality for internal planning and activities.
Manage configuration, setup, and updates to applications and data loading into tables and databases.
Review governance standards for data input, structures, and storage.
Lead the team in building reports and providing strategic insights on business management.
