Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist servers by supporting during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status and guest needs.
• Assist in setting up banquet events as needed, ensuring all items are prepared for service.
