Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking a Senior Analyst for Order-to-Cash, A/R & A/P operations in the United States. The role involves SAP-related implementation work, OTC process improvements, data migration, testing, and break/fix analysis across a high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with Fintech, GL, RevOps, Compliance, and IT to ensure transactional accuracy, cash management, and credit risk mitigation, while owning change management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a high transaction volume environment.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Proven testing methodology experience.
• Solid understanding of OTC lifecycle and related processes.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SOX and GAAP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate-sized OTC projects using business knowledge and project management skills.
• Serve as SME for OTC processes: invoicing, cash application, A/R/A/P reconciliations, intercompany AR, and collections.
• Support break/fix analysis, process improvements, and approved system enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve AR/AP issues.
• Coordinate data migration efforts with the Fintech team.
• Develop and maintain OTC business process flows.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and UAT testing.
• Align IT standards with business needs and manage stakeholder communications.
