Job summary

Selini Capital is seeking an experienced Crypto OTC Sales professional to serve as the primary client contact, driving OTC growth and collaborating with an international team. The role blends markets expertise, sales acumen, and deep knowledge of digital assets.

You will engage in client coverage, business development, and market insight generation, representing the firm at events to grow the client base while traveling as needed. The role is office-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Solid experience from previous Crypto OTC Sales or broking role, including execution and pricing.
• Exceptional understanding of cryptocurrency markets, assets, trends.
• Established OTC client network with foundations, HNWIs, funds, and family offices.
• Excellent communication with client-facing and business development background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow the firm’s OTC operations with an international team.
• Handle client coverage and ongoing business development responsibilities.
• Provide actionable insights using knowledge of the crypto market.
• Ensure smooth OTC operations with local and global colleagues.
• Collaborate with BD to shape and execute OTC sales strategy.
• Use internal research to engage clients and add value with market insights.
• Represent the firm at conferences and events to grow the client base.

The Role:

Selini Capital is seeking an experienced Crypto OTC Sales professional where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The role combines financial markets expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of digital assets.

You will have the opportunity to have an impact on OTC growth, working closely with our best in class business development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support and grow the firm’s OTC operations alongside an international team.
• This includes client coverage as well as ongoing business development responsibilities.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and trends to provide clients with actionable insights.
• Ensure smooth OTC operations by working closely with local and global colleagues to provide consistent client coverage and support.
• Collaborate with the business development team to shape and execute the overall OTC sales strategy.
• Utilize internal market research and commentary to enhance client engagement and deliver added value; the ability to independently generate market insights is a strong asset.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to grow the client base and stay informed on evolving market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Solid experience from previous Crypto OTC Sales or broking role, including execution and pricing.
• Exceptional understanding of cryptocurrency markets and projects/assets and trends/narratives.
• A well-established OTC client network which includes strong relationships with foundations, HNWIs, funds and family offices.
• Excellent communication skills with proven track record in client facing and business development roles.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
