Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Director, Transparency Services — OTC Equities to own the P&L for OTC Equity products and lead cross-functional teams through product launches and real-time market events.

Engage with trading firms, ATSs, regulators, and technology providers while shaping market structure and policy. This high-visibility role requires senior equities experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in equity markets and market structure.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system and product solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions in dynamic trading environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and business operations for FINRA's OTC Equity products and facilities.
• Analyze market trends to propose product development strategies.
• Develop business plans and oversee execution from inception to launch.
• Ensure OTC Equity products meet market and customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, including crypto and tokenized equities.
• Lead real-time market oversight and actions on halts or corporate actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to implement new products and solutions.
• Manage content for OTC Equity pages on FINRA's website.
