Qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into system/product solutions.
• Proven track record delivering complex solutions in trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and business operations for FINRA's OTC Equity products and facilities.
• Develop product strategy and pricing models aligned with regulatory objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through launches and market events.
• Engage with trading firms, ATSs, tech providers, and regulators.
• Oversee real-time market oversight and incident response.
