Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive attitude and provides patrons with outstanding guest service.
• Assumes teller bankroll accountability and handles cash draws/returns.
• Completes required cash draws or returns for tellers.
• Assists with cash removal from self-serve tote machines.
• Maintains proper inventory of currency/coin and reconciles with reports.
• Ensures proper televising of race programs and channel selections.
• Coordinates promotions and special race days with other teams.
• Resolves guest service issues and supports tellers as needed.
