Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Software Integration Quality Engineer within the Vehicle Update Services team to ensure OTA software delivery is reliable across GM vehicles. You will develop test plans, execute sub-system bench tests, author automation scripts, and triage nonconformities using logs and issue-tracking tools.

The role supports hybrid work with on-site collaboration at Warren Tech Center in MI or the Austin IT Innovation Center in TX, requiring at least three in-person days per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing practices.
• Familiarity with automotive data protocols (CAN, Ethernet).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities
