Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and System Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five years of experience as a Validation Engineer, Junior Data Analyst, Engineering Technician, or related occupation.
• Three years of experience with SQL queries in relational databases and Hive.
• Two years of experience with 8D and 5 Why’s problem solving; project management; automotive electrical systems and vehicle programming; and related processes.
• One year of experience with OTA update management.

Responsibilities

• Understand core strategies, feature requirements, and UX requirements for OTA programming.
• Lead multi-functional effort supporting software updates from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with Validation to develop and execute a comprehensive validation plan.
• Establish launch plans for each assigned project and drive issue resolution across teams.
• Document scalable processes for multi-functional use and onboard new team members.
• Travel to client sites domestically (approximately 10%).
