Client’s Wireless System Engineering team in Cupertino, CA is seeking an engineer to validate radiated performance across cellular technologies. You will work hands-on at OTA test stations, translate requirements into test plans, execute validation, and debug wireless performance issues alongside our engineering teams.

The role requires BSEE, MS/PhD preferred, experience with antenna design, RF test equipment, and lab chambers; familiarity with UMTS, LTE, NR FR1; and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MS/PhD preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience validating wireless performance with OTA testing.
• Hands-on antenna design and RF test equipment exposure.

Responsabilités

• Drive radiated system validation across cellular techs (UMTS, LTE, NR FR1).
• Translate requirements into actionable OTA test plans and cases.
• Execute validation plans and debug wireless performance issues with engineering teams.
• Own lab setups and ensure calibration and reliability for next-gen testing.
• Contribute to evolving characterization methodologies as new cellular tech emerges.
