Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Design characterization test plans and validation for RF transceivers.
• Perform RFIC bring-up, characterization and debugging of RF blocks.
• Apply LTE/5G RF performance parameters (phase noise, ACLR, IIP2/IIP3, P1dB).
• Operate RF lab instruments and develop test automation in Python.

Responsibilities

• Craft, develop, and test RF SoC designs to specifications.
• Define test setups in labs and maintain characterization plans.
• Develop automation software for silicon device characterization and data collection.
• Debug and resolve engineering issues with cross-functional teams.
• Validate system performance per specifications and assist mass production testing.
