Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a RF/test engineer to support passive antenna testing, power/sensitivity measurements, and OTA test protocols. You will work with VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and wireless test equipment in CTIA OTA test plans.

Responsibilities include performing antenna efficiency and pattern tests, verifying protocol compliance (LTE/NBIoT/NR RedCap), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of wireless devices.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in test/interface and UC board bringup methodologies.
• Strong understanding of PCB design tools and validation/verification processes.
• Solid experience in conducting code reviews and implementing QA processes.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Test passive antenna efficiency and antenna pattern testing.
• Conduct power/sensitivity testing.
• Follow CTIA OTA test plan procedures.
• Operate RF test equipment: VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, Keysight UXM-R, R&S CMW500, Anritsu 8820C.
