Job summary

OSI Engineering is seeking an OTA Validation Engineer to join its Wireless Systems team in Cupertino, CA. You will validate wireless performance across a broad product portfolio, working hands-on at OTA test stations and translating requirements into test cases.

You will execute validation plans, debug RF issues with engineering teams, and contribute to evolving wireless characterization methodologies as new cellular technologies emerge.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on RF testing experience and antenna work.
• Familiar with LTE and NR FR1.
• Experience with OTA validation and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless performance validation across carrier and industry certification test setups.
• Translate requirements into actionable test cases for certification and performance criteria.
• Define and execute validation plans for custom software features.
• Own and improve test setups and lab calibration for next-gen product testing.
• Contribute to evolving wireless characterization methodologies as new cellular technologies emerge.
