Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will support treatment plans, assist with exercises, and guide patients and families on progress and home routines.

The role requires OTA licensure or certification and may prefer CPR certification; 0-1 years of experience is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current OTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 years in OT/OTA setting.
• Education: accredited OTA program in OT

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve function.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress for supervising therapist.
• Provide home-exercise guidance and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
