Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for full-time roles at our SNF facilities. You will provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT, while maintaining professional relationships with facilities and clients to ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, adherence to state regulations, and ongoing professional development through our CE programs and internal leadership support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the licensed OT, optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.
• Build a strong occupational therapy assistant program.
• Enhance clinical expertise and professional skills through continuing education activities.
• Maintain valid state OTA license and awareness of regulatory issues.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English for instructions and reports.
