Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT in SNF settings. You will deliver treatments, monitor progress, and maintain documentation within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with therapists and clinicians, uphold regulatory standards, and participate in continuing education to advance clinically and professionally within a growing national provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
• Basic Internet navigation skills.
• Current state license as Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Deliver ongoing treatment per a plan of care and oversee Rehab Techs where required.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy.
