Job summary

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license.

• Maintain professional conduct in interactions with facilities and clients.
• Deliver care per a plan of care with ongoing treatment and case management.
• Supervise Rehab Techs where required and support staff as needed.
• Maintain license and comply with state and federal regulations.
