Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapist-led care model in Oconomowoc, WI. The role supports individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contributes to patient progress reporting and adjustments to care plans.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
