Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinician-led team at Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in West Carrollton, Ohio.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior experience is preferred, and you will implement treatment plans under an OT supervision, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to the OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
