Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services at Lafayette Pointe in West Lafayette, Ohio. Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
