Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Benton, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN daytime schedule. You will implement customized treatment plans under an OT’s supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The role offers flexible daytime shifts and the chance to work with a network of therapists dedicated to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate Degree in OT Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered COTA license in state; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required


• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
