Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC in North Platte, NE, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. Full Time (5k Sign-On Bonus), Part Time, or PRN positions with flexible scheduling.

The OTA will plan and direct Occupational Therapy services, perform screenings, implement treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation and CMS compliance. Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OTA licensure with ongoing

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention, based on scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals per plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team cooperation.
• Provide therapy per treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Complete other duties to effectively treat patients as required.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
