Responsibilities

• Conduct regular resident screenings to determine best interventions.
• Perform treatment plans and follow established goals with supervision.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents and care teams.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Deliver therapy according to plan and document billing and care.
• Carry out other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
