Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents.
• Provide skilled services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Respond to service requests and document interventions.
• Ensure delivery of treatments in accordance with care plans.
