Apploi is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work under a licensed OT, supporting patient treatment plans and rehabilitative activities in accordance with state guidelines. The OTA will screen residents, assist with exercises, monitor progress, and document outcomes under supervision.

The role involves training residents and families, coordinating basic scheduling, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an AOTA accredited program.
• Licensed COTA if required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Conduces resident screens as allowed by state practice act.
• Assists residents with rehabilitative activities and exercises per treatment plan.
• Monitors residents during activities and provides encouragement.
• Records resident progress for the occupational therapist.
• May assist with scheduling, answering calls, restocking supplies, and insurance paperwork.
• Provides training to residents, caregivers, and families as per care plan.
• Completes forms and documents per policy and regulations.
