Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and support patients’ progress.

You will participate in treatment sessions, document patient responses, and communicate with the therapy team to ensure consistency of care. As part of the rehab team, you will contribute to high-quality outcomes, assist with equipment and treatment modalities,

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
