Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center. This role spans inpatient and pediatric settings, with a 50/50 split, and a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans of care, supervise COTAs and OT students, and ensure compliance with payer regulations and facility policies. A patient-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio OT license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards of practice.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split)
• Supervise COTAs and OT students
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center
