Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio. The role involves both inpatient and pediatric settings with a 50/50 split, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours).

Compensation ranges from $38 to $49 per hour with a $20,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 2-year contract. OT duties include evaluation, treatment, supervision of COTAs and students, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Ohio OT license (active) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong OT practices knowledge across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality OT to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
