Job summary

Copeland seeks an OT Support Engineer to provide end-user support across software, hardware, and OT systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist in IT projects, and contribute to automation and data reporting efforts. Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a similar IT/OT support role.
• Proficiency with computer applications and Windows OS.
• Fluent English communications (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and IT security standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, printers, and servers.
• Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective IT maintenance for reliability and security.
• Support OT devices and systems including warehouse tech and scanners.
• Assist with scripting for automation, dashboards, and data extraction.
