Job summary

Ketjen Corporation seeks an IT/OT System Engineer to support and maintain OT and Industrial IT systems across manufacturing and research environments.

You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Research & Technology, and application admins to ensure reliability, security, and performance of interconnected IT/OT environments. Strong documentation and hands-on support are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT/OT infrastructure, systems administration, or industrial tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience supporting PCS, PIMS, LIMS, or similar industrial systems.
• Windows OS, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure familiarity.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and OT security best practices.
• Ability to document procedures, inventories, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Ketjen IT/OT cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Administer PCS, PIMS, LIMS, and laboratory systems; support data analytics platforms.
• Maintain OT networks, asset inventories, and system connectivity.
• Provide Level 1–2 technical support for OT hardware, software, and networks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&T, and IT teams on projects.
