Job summary

INEOS is seeking an Operational Technology Server Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and cybersecurity of OT servers and core infrastructure that support ICS and plant operations.

The role focuses on lifecycle management of OT servers (physical and virtual), patching, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and secure integration with DCS/SCADA/Historians. Collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational support experience in OT/enterprise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ISA99/IEC62443, NIST security practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OT server and compute infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies for OT.
• Patch, backup, and disaster recovery for OT servers.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Manage server lifecycle in OT networks.
• Support DCS servers and workstations.
