Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to advance cybersecurity across manufacturing, laboratory, and OT environments. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and cybersecurity teams to assess risks and implement controls for secure and reliable operations.

This hands-on role suits a cybersecurity professional who interacts with site leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen OT security capabilities and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in regulated or manufacturing/OT environments.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong quality, safety, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, lab, and R&D environments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Quality and plant stakeholders to reduce risk.
• Conduct OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk evaluations; drive remediation.
