Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to support cybersecurity across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments. This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to assess risks, implement controls, and support secure and reliable manufacturing operations.

This hybrid role near Bridgewater, NJ offers hands-on leadership in OT security, collaboration with site teams, and opportunities to influence security standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in regulated, manufacturing, laboratory, or OT environments.
• Ability to translate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Experience supporting security activities in environments with quality, safety or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments.
• Partner with Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Quality and plant stakeholders to reduce risk.
• Develop and implement OT security standards, controls, and documentation.
