Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to strengthen cybersecurity across manufacturing, lab, and R&D environments. You will assess risks, implement controls, and partner with engineering and operations to enable secure manufacturing operations.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in cybersecurity within regulated settings, with strong communication of risk to diverse stakeholders. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in regulated, manufacturing, laboratory, or operational environments.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong quality, safety, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, lab, and R&D environments.
• Identify, assess, and reduce cybersecurity risk in operational environments with stakeholders.
• Conduct OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and remediation activities.
• Develop and deploy OT security standards, procedures, and controls.
• Provide OT cybersecurity guidance for projects and manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support OT security solutions.
