Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our SNF team in various capacities (full-time, part-time, or PRN). The role emphasizes implementing OT care plans, advancing patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited OTA program, a valid COTA license, and at least 1 year of OTA experience, with Medicare billing knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current COTA license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year in an OTA-related role.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans developed by the OT.
