Key Rehab is seeking a Full Time Program Coordinator - OTA to join our SNF team. The role combines therapy coordination with administrative support, acting as liaison between clinicians and community staff to minimize burden and ensure efficient scheduling.

The ideal candidate will hold a PTA or OTA license, CPR, a valid driver license, and prior long-term care or service coordination experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
• CPR certification and valid driver license with insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff while clinicians deliver therapy services.
• Provide administrative support to minimize burden and enable therapists to deliver care.

Overview

Key Rehab is looking for a Full Time, Program Coordinator -OTA to join our team in a SNF setting.

Rate Range

$32-38/hr

Education

• Required: Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program

Experience

• Preferred: Prior experience in long term care setting and service coordination

Licenses/Certificates

• Required: Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
• Required: CPR, as required by community
• Required: Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Required: Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA), the Program Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians' to deliver therapy services. This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
