Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Rockmart, GA location. The role supports a therapist-led model with flexible PRN scheduling at The Cottages at Rockmart.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety, while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Requires state license and NBCOT certification.
• Candidate should be able to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required


• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required


• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence


• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
