Qualifications

• Current North Carolina OT license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification preferred or as required by facility.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in acute care, LTAC, inpatient rehab, or similar settings preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, evaluation, planning, and documentation skills.

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Pineville, NC. This position is a PRN/Per Diem - OT Day Shift available opportunity. This is your chance to join a specialized team that provides life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

Organize and conduct occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation for the patients. Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology, and to promote and maintain health.
