Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with an LTAC partner in Pineville, NC. The OT will organize therapy programs and directly participate with patients to restore function and promote health.

The role operates in a specialized LTAC environment, offering PRN shifts with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay, along with opportunities to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina OT license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification preferred or as required by facility.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in acute care, LTAC, inpatient rehab, or similar settings preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, evaluation, planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct OT programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore and enhance performance.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support patient recovery.
