Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN/Per Diem role in Pineville, NC, supporting a LTAC partner in delivering high-acuity patient care.

The COTA will perform treatments under a supervising Occupational Therapist, help patients regain independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it as required by the facility.
• Experience in acute care, LTAC, inpatient rehabilitation, or other medically complex settings preferred.
• Ability to work with patients with complex conditions and functional limitations.
• Strong communication, documentation, time-management and clinical observation skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable and team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Availability to work PRN shifts based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Pineville, NC. Perform occupational therapy treatments and related duties as assigned by the Occupational Therapist; help patient reach maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities; and provide therapy under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, who provides the assistant with supervision in accordance with state law.
