Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Lake City location. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans to restore functional independence, document progress, and adjust care based on outcomes.

You will educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive team. The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and

Competenze

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
