Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking an OT Network and Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain OT networks, industrial infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls for ROC and customer facilities. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot OT networks, remote access, and VPNs while advancing NERC CIP readiness and security posture.

Qualifications

• Two to six years of experience in networking, systems administration, infrastructure support, cybersecurity, or OT environments.
• Experience supporting industrial, utility, power generation, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and industry compliance standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• OT Network Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial network infrastructure.
• Administer and support firewalls, routers, switches, WLANs, and VPNs for secure connectivity.
• Support network segmentation and security architecture initiatives within OT environments.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, inventories, and baselines for networks and systems.
• Support Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory; manage DNS/DHCP and file services.
